Income tax Department now has already launched facility of submission of e-return for ITR 1 to ITR -6 & 8 for Assessment Year 2009-10. There are some changes in submission procedure. Now Secret Question is available in New Registration like as already available in creating new email id etc. ITR-V will not be accepted by any income tax department it will be sent to via simple post (not registered , speed post or courier) to:-

Income Tax Department , CPC, Post Box No - 1, Electronic City Post Office, Bangalore - 560100, Karnataka with in 30 days of uploading.
