Friends, Paper return or Electronic e-TDS/e-TCS return are quite different. In case you have submitted e-TDS paper return and electronic return was mandatory for that. The return in question will not be Accepted by TIN with the remarks that Invalid Paper Return: booking skipped

To rectify the above error, submission of electronic e-TDS/e-TCS return is mandatory. In such case above return will be cancelled and original return will be submitted in electronic mode. Cancellation procedure for above return should also be in paper form, electronic cancellation submission will be rejected by TIN with Error Code T-DB-2015 and Error Description as shown as under :-
" File type of Regular and Correction file should be same (i.e. either both of them should be electronic or both of them should be Paper)"
In below picture Original return was submitted in Paper/Physical Form and Correction Return was submitted in Electronic form and same has been rejected with the remarks as mentioned above.
