Friends, Income Tax Department has provided some important links without Login. I mean to say there is no need of User ID and Password to check the status. Generally, an Individual, Firm, Corporate submit their returns with their advocates or Chartered Accountants etc and they submit income tax return online and sent ITR-V duly signed by assessee to Central Processing Centre, Post Bag No. 1, Electronic City Post Office, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560100. After that assessee is unable to check Status of ITR-V sent by their Chartered Accountant or Advocates. Now, an assessee can check himself without having User ID and Password, Status of ITR-V Receipt, CPC Refund Failure Status and CPC Processing Status. Picture view of the Same is also given below.
