CBDT chairman confident of issue of All IT refund related to A.Y. 2009-10 or A.Y. 2010-11 by 28-03-2011.
All income tax officials are advised to necessarily issue all pending income tax refunds of Assessment Year 2009-10 & 2010-11 by 28th March, 2011. This is going to be one of the significant criterions in judging the performance of the CCITs and CITs during the Financial Year 2010-11
