Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has announced a good online service to verify the registration for Name of any Company or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) with the Registrar of Companies. This online facility is a part of the "Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA21) services" provided by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, under its online services initiative.
