Free Cheque Printing Facility in Tally

                     In case you do not know regarding cheque printing facility in Tally, you will be surprised to know that Tally Software provide   "Cheque Printing Facility".  This facility is not available in Tally 4.5 , but  Tally 5.4 to onwards  in all releases Tally provides "Free Cheque Printing Software". Some setting is required in Tally for printing of Cheques.

Common Setting for All Banks
In Tally 7.2, Press F11 on Gateway of Tally.  Set/Modify other Company Features ? No will be appeared as shown in below Picture-1 in circle.  Set it to "Yes" >Enable Cheque Printing to "Yes" > Company Name on Cheque and Name of Banks will be displayed as shown in Picture -2.  Now as you enter "Name of Bank"  a new screen will be opened.

Now, Due to different Size of Cheques of All Banks, septate cheque setting is required for all banks.

After above setting as you pass voucher of Payment without using Voucher Class, Printing option will be shown.  You can set it Yes and get printing of Cheque.    I hope you will be successful in doing Printing Job of Cheques.

In Tally ERP ,  mostly all setting are same as shown above expect below first direction
>F11>Accounting Features>Enable Cheque Printing "Yes">Set/Alter Cheque Printing Configration "Yes"
Except above no change in other setting.
