TDS/TCS SALARY RETURN SOFTWARE/UTILITY

Keeping in view  Pan Number Errors in e-tds/e-tcs  return, some trick is required to aovid PAN errors in Quarterly TDS data.  If a person/deductor enter PAN numbers manually in TDS/TCS return data, there are lot of changes of errors.  Errors do not depend upon a particular person, but it is human.   Manual interaction in Data Entry generate such type of errors.

To avoid PAN Number errors in preparation of Quarterly Salary Data, a simple utility has been prepared in Microsoft Access named  TDS Salary.

How to Use : - Two tables    = Data and Employees
                         Two Forms   = Data Entry  and Employees                    
                         Two Queries = Refresh Data  File and Name Search

• Base Data or Master Data of employees can be stored in Employees Table and Quarterly Data will be stored  in Data Table. 
• To store Quarterly data , Data Table can be stored after pressing refresh Data File. 
• Data entry can be done through both forms either from Data Entry Form or from Employees Form.  Vice versa links are available in both forms. 
• Use  query  "Refresh Data File" after  adding new entry.   There will a meesage to ask
   "Are you sure you want to run this type of action query ?
  Form information on how to prevent this message from displaying every time you ran an action query,click help."
  Press Yes to Run and again Press Yes  to update Data file.

           The below utility is available only online.  With the help of this utility Salary.txt file can be created easily.  Data of Salary.txt file is generated  automatically in D Column.   Copy data from D2 to the Last Cell of D column in which data is showing using Copy to Clipboard option and then copy and paste the same in new Notepad file and save as Salary.txt file.  The Complete facility to change the Credit Account Account Number (will be provided by Bank) is also available in it.  System Account Number has been shown in C column in Red Color.  Second important thing is that as and when you enter any amount in column B alongwith any Bank Account Number,  it includes automatically in cell B1 (Showing as Cheque Amount Rs. 309912 in below example).  This utility can be edit through "Click to Edit" Button but not in position to download.

An Utility of State Bank of India is available now. It is totally free up to a limited period. With the help of this utility everyone can prepare salary.txt file for State Bank of India which can be easily uploaded in bank software. Salary.txt file is a file which can be credited of bank accounts of Salary Persons/Loan holders in a group

Requirement of Software
You have an organization in which 50 employees (Means in bulk) are woking and you are paying salary to them through Bank specially State Bank of India. In that case state bank of India requires Data on floppy/Cd/PenDrive. Everyone can not prepare the required file without any software help. This Software solves this problem.


The procedure of installation and running this software is given as under:-

Install sbi_upload.exe in c:\ drive. A shortcut to SBI will be appeared on you desktop.
Click this ICON , A white screen will be seen with some instructions.
Read all Instruction on it. Mainly, if you feel characters are small you can enlarge your screen with pressing Alt+Enter.
Data.dbf file already available in this package as a sample. You can edit/add your data in it.
If you want to delete any data , Simply place zero in amount column. It will be automatically delete in salary.txt file.
Now hard copy of your data can be got printed out. C:\sbi\output\Letter.prt can be opened in M.S. Office and print the same for your/bank record.
