BSNL provides facility to recharge  Top-up, STV and Plan Change in all states of India.  The quick recharge require two things i.e. Mobile Number and Email Address.  Secondly after placing mobile number and choose recharge top-up, Special Tariff Voucher or Plan Change,  this facility also shows the applicable plan with balance in entered mobile as shown below :-

What is the other payment procedure for the bills

            Telephone bills can be paid by customers before the "pay_by_date" in cash or by local demand draft/cheque or moneyorder, at any of BSNL's cash counters, customer service centres, CTOs/DTOs etc., located within the concerned SSA. The payment of bill after pay_by_date is restricted to specified collection centres only.

             The customers are also permitted to pay their telephone bills in any of the authorised post offices (including branch post offices) and Nationalised/Scheduled banks in the SSAs upto the "pay_by_dates" printed on the bills. They may also make such payments for a limited period beyond the normal "pay_by_date" in certain banks/post offices that are specified by the Head of the Circle concerned.

BSNL :- Free Minute Plans in BSNL

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched new free minute plan 150 and 310 for all prepaid subscribers under 2G ans 3G mobile service across Haryana telecom circle.

Free minutes offered by two offer packs 150 and 310, all the BSNL subscribers will be able to call to any local network for next 30 days and 60 days respectively from the date of recharge.

Special minute plans is available for next 90 days from the date of 22-7-2013 and will be valid till the last date of availability: 19-10-2013.

With the recharge of free minute plan price Rs 150, Haryana BSNL prepaid users will get 400 minutes any network local calls and another plan priced Rs 310 will allows to talk up to 900 minutes to any local number.

• The PYARI JODI plan will be provided as new mobile connections only.
• The above plans are to be offered through BSNL CSC only.
• The SIM & Activation is free for normal SIM. In case of specific request from customer for USIM, Rs.59 will be charged for USIM.
• The customer will be asked to produce last paid bill of the Landline number also to verify the genuineness of the customer.
• No concession in call charges from Landline number to the “Jodi” mobile number will be allowed.
• The MRP of FRC is inclusive of Service Tax @10.30%. Circles can suitably adjust the MRP in the price band upto Rs.3 (+/-) of above price considering the local market condition.
• In case of Assam, J&K and North East LSAs validity of plan is subject to the guidelines/instructions issued by Govt. of India/Regulatory Authority from time to time.
