HOW TO CREATE BOOTABLE USB DRIVE

         Many times, we feel that  C.D. writer attached in computer does no work, due to less use of CD drive or not attached in computer.   In the absense of CD writer etc.,  bootable programme can not be installed in computer.  In such case, user feels difficulty in installation of bootable softwares.   

         Here is solution for that you can create USB Bootable.  I mean to say that your pen drive can be work in installation of bootable software, like windows xp, windows 7 and others softwares.

In the above screen, some options are available for users choices.

• File System.
• Driver Name
• Format- Quick format
• Format- Create Bootable Drive

• Close.

           This utility is easy in use.  Simply extract zip file, inset pen drive in USB, click on .exe file of the software and mark Create Bootable drive, select file path  of MS-Dos files given in this utility with the option "..." given in above screen.  After pressing start your Pen Drive will be bootable.

Solution of Printing Problem in Tally

Friends,  Yesterday I was surprised to know that a tally user was unable to print from Tally.  He has tried many times to get a print from tally but fail.  Initially I had told him to check the proper printer wire connection and confirm.   But surprise that there was no problem regarding connection of cable etc.  Then I take personal visit and found that  he is using Laser/Ink Jet Printer or Printer based upon USB.    The following screen solve such type of problem. 

On pressing Alt+P, Print Format is available in right hand side which can be viewed in above picture.  Types of Print Format is also given as under :-

• Dot Matrix Format   (Printing goes on LPT)
• Neat Mode.             (Printing goes on USB)
• Quick /Draft             (Printing goes on LPT)

Finally, it was found that default setting of the said user was "Quick/Draft" in Tally  and as he pressed Alt+P for printing of  any report, all printing was  going on LPT whereas he had connected USB printer.   In last I have changed Print Format to Neat Mode and found that there was no problem in Printing from Tally.

                 Some softwares provide printing on LPT-1 and in new computers  LPT port is not available.  USB port is generally used for Laser Printer or Inkjet Printer.  Out of two, one solution is that addition of extra port in computer and second is through settings in computer. Through setting there is no need of Lan Card in computer. A virtual card installation is required in the computer.

Print Multiple Files in a Single Click

                As Microsoft Office is being used by everyone while typing any document in M.S. Word or any easy and fast calculations in M.S. Excel.   It is very much  common programme in all offices.   Sometimes we have many files of word or excel for printing.  One procedure  is simple that open each and every  file and print them one by one.   It takes time in printing and our sitting is also  required in front of computer to complete the job.  But we have another idea to complete the job quickly i.e.  click print button and there will be no need of your attention on computer.     Step by step detail is given as under :

• First of all place all documents in a single folder.
• Open a file in word or excel and set printer and margin etc. It is one time process.
• Select files to be printed through click on file while holding Control Key.
• Click on Print option as shown in below picture.  All printing will be complete of office document. 

In the above procedure you can do another work while documents are being printing.
